So those of you who have been watching the racing will know that it has been a challenging regatta so far. We are continuing to work as hard as we can to assess what the exact issues are and to see which ones we can fix. Our boat is definitely the oldest out here but she also is a pretty cool boat and has won a LOT of races. We just have to hope that this is an opportunity to get really – really – really good at self analysis and improvement under pressure.
Everyone is trying to ‘change things’ in their own way. Jean, one of our grinders and part of our training team brought in a ‘surprise’ for gym a few days ago… an aerobics instructor. Our team photographer took this shot and sent it around with a note basically saying… now we know why they call us frogs 🙂
