MOTIVATING THE TEAM

Yes racing is coming up very very quickly. I am exhausted and expect to be more so in the next 10 days but we are definitely doing everything we can to make sure the team is ready including bribery. this was sent out to the whole team yesterday:

AMENDMENT

BACKGROUND:
A In accordance with the Areva Challenge version of the terms of challenge for the 32nd Americas Cup, when the sailing team beats opponents certain rewards are offered by the kitchen to the victors.

AMENDMENT :

A During Act 13 Fleet Racing if Areva Sailing Team wins 1st place then all Areva Challenge will be provided with an ice cream.

B During Act 13 if 5th place or a position above is gained in the two races on the day then all Areva Challenge will be provided with an ice cream.
